Shipping & Returns
Q. What are my shipping options?
A. We ship at a flat rate of $7 within the US. We currently don’t offer expedited or overnight shipping due to the made-to-order nature of our items.
Q. Do you ship to Canada or Europe?
A. No, we don’t ship outside of the US. We’re hoping to expand into Canada in the future.
Q. When will I get my order?
A. Our products are made to order. That means it takes a couple of days to process and print them. We work hard to get your items to you as soon as possible once they’re ready to go. Most orders arrive about 8-10 business days after you place your order.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes! We’re happy to accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel and accessories for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Take a look at our return policy to learn more.
Q. What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
A. Contact support@beavercollective.com and we’ll help you figure out any issues.
Q. Will I get a confirmation of my order?
A. Yes, of course! You’ll receive an email from our system right after ordering to let you know we got your order. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll get another email with tracking information. Your tracking number might take about a day to update, so please be patient.
About Beaver Collective
Q. Who is behind Beaver Collective?
A. Hi there! My name’s Tara and I’m a one-woman operation (with some help from friends and family here and there). I started Beaver Collective because I get annoyed when people take outdoor sports too seriously. Like, it’s great that you can run a 30-second mile on the trail, but I mostly go outside to have fun, Brett. No offense to real Bretts.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We’re in a small town in South-Central Idaho. Being surrounding by a lot of cool shit makes it easy to get inspiration for designs.
Q. How do I get in touch with you?
A. You can reach out directly by emailing tara@beavercollective.com.
Q. What are your favorite outdoor activities?
A. I’m really into hiking and camping in the warmer months. In the winter it’s all about skiing.
Q. Okay, you’re not trying to be the fastest or strongest. Do you have any adventure goals?
A. You bet! I’m working on visiting every National Park.
