Did you order the wrong size? Is your item not quite what you were looking for? We hate to hear that, but we get it — buying online can be tricky. We offer easy returns and exchanges to make sure you get exactly what you want. Go over our return policies to learn how to return or exchange an item.
Return Policies
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns can be made for store credit, size exchanges, or a refund.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds will have an $8 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- All closeouts and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We’ll gladly cover the cost to replace an item that’s defective or misprinted. If you notice an issue with your order, please email us right away at support@beavercollective.com with the following:
- A description of the defect or misprint.
- Pictures of the issue.
- Your order number.
- How you would like us to fix it: refund or exchange.
How to Make a Return
- Fill out our returns form below.
- We’ll confirm your return request and send details on where to send your items for return.
- Once we get your items, we’ll double-check that the items are unworn and in good condition.
- If everything’s good to go, we’ll process your return and send your store credit, refund, or new items right away.
